Not only are collection accounts hurting your scores, charge offs are also derogatory.  We have seen major creditors' accounts deleted, see below where Capital One NA was deleted on this Experian result letter.

Inquiries can also be deleted from a credit report.  Inquiries effect your scores by 85 points, and we've been successful at removing inquiries from major creditors.  The list below shows Toyota, Dell, American General, Wells Fargo, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and Capitol One were all removed from our clients credit report.

Did you recently buy a car?  Did you also notice that after you purchased your vehicle, you had a large number on inquiries into your credit?  Car dealerships tend to run your credit report a significant amount with their various lenders as they're trying to find you the "best rate" in financing.  In reality, they're trying to find the best financing that pays them the most.
